How to Find the Studio:
Once we are back in the studio, you can enter the building at 30 Market Square (stairs) OR 2 Water St. (elevator). Evening Classes, you can only enter at 30 Market Square (stairs). See map on the contact page.
Other Notes:
It is recommended that Yoga is to be practiced on an empty (or near empty) stomach. A good meal taken 2 to 3 hours prior to class is fine or a light, healthy snack closer to class time. Wear clothing that is comfortable but not too loose or baggy as it will get in your way. Have a second layer handy for the relaxation part of class as you will cool down quickly. If you have any props, have them nearby. You can improvise with many items right around you.

Roll the mat out and break out the props after a day of working. This evening class is a great wind down from whatever kind of day you have had. Fully guided. Great for all levels. Gather up props from home to have them nearby.

Get moving in the right direction with a steady stream of movement. Minimal guiding so we can get the most out of our hour. Great for students who have a good foundation or want to create that good foundation.

THE NEW USER/STUDENT
A new student to Suite 7 Yoga & Ayurveda, would want to make sure there was a spot in the class and would want to make sure I knew they were coming. They can do this remotely very easily by going to Ubindi.
The link takes you to the Ubindi site where you can look at my classes, sign up, follow me and register for a class. (Please note that Intermediate Classes are not for Beginners or people new to the studio.) You may pay for classes via Stripe in the app or make other arrangements with Linda. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link that takes you to Ubindi where you can then enter into the Zoom class. Please enter 5-10 minutes prior to class.

Afternoon yoga is the best! Especially at the end of the week! Not only do we shift gears from the day to the evening, but also into the weekend. Take time to pause, regardless how busy or calm the weekend plans are. Fully guided practice. Great for all levels

Start the day right with an early morning stretch and wake up class. Fully guided but probably few details to maximize the hour. We’ll end with a shorter savasana and a regular meditation time to close out. Great for students who have a good foundation or Beginners who want to build on their foundation.

The afternoon classes tend to be a nice transition from day to evening. This is a great class for teachers or anyone who has some time in their schedule. Fully guided classes that can be alignment based or slow flow. We always end with savasana and closing meditation. Great for all levels.
