How to Find the Studio:

Once we are back in the studio, you can enter the building at 30 Market Square (stairs) OR 2 Water St. (elevator). Evening Classes, you can only enter at 30 Market Square (stairs). See map on the contact page



Other Notes:

It is recommended that Yoga is to be practiced on an empty (or near empty) stomach. A good meal taken 2 to 3 hours prior to class is fine or a light, healthy snack closer to class time. Wear clothing that is comfortable but not too loose or baggy as it will get in your way. Have a second layer handy for the relaxation part of class as you will cool down quickly. If you have any props, have them nearby. You can improvise with many items right around you.
